Input data such as the length of workout you want and your chosen exercise, before following the voiceover instructions. This one is exclusive to Apple device users, and it is designed to allow you to track your running schedule – whether it is indoor, treadmill –based running, or outdoor runs – with GPS. Although this app is not free to download, at a cost of just £1.49, it is not likely to prove prohibitively expensive for anyone and also offers access to a website for tracking your runs.
