X-Pozer is a game where you navigate a guy with boosters to navigate in the air. There are six levels in total such as the city, snow, forest, tunnel, desert and space levels. Besides navigating in the air, there will be certain parts of the game where u need to pass through glass panels which have different shapes. The tricky part is you have to use your body to form those shapes and pass through the panels without breaking them.
There are three types of rewards in the game. You can obtain diamonds or points when you pass the glass panels correctly. The other reward is the orange power globs which boost your speed when navigating in the air. Sometimes, I get an error message saying I do not have enough diamonds, asking me to restart the game. If you are worried that you do not have time to complete the game, you need to grab those timer power-ups to extend the time.
The game is packed with gorgeous graphics and nice sound effects. The user interface of the game is simple and easy to use. As for game controls, you just need to tilt your iPhone to play. It cannot be even simpler! However, the game needs to improve in other areas. For example, usually, there will be a body instruction board to guide the gamer to tilt the body. This is not available in certain parts of the game. I am not implying this helps the gamer to cheat but the shapes board is covered by the character as he approaches the glass panel. Hence, it will be difficult for the gamer to see the shape he needs to bend the body.
The game tries to motivate the gamers by allowing them to post their high scores through Facebook and Game Center. There is also an achievement section where players can feel gratified when they complete certain achievements. There is also a store where you can buy power-ups like invisible power to make monsters not see you and shields to protect yourself from monsters.
In my opinion, this game has polished graphics and nice sound effects. However, the game needs to improve in areas to make the player feel addicted to the game such as insignificant items like the body instruction board previously mentioned. This game can still be played on a bus or train when you are bored and have nothing to do.
