When it comes to battling, I like it when there is kind of a strategy involved rather than just getting out in the battlefield and making the whole scene look dirty and bloody. But when the battle is between space marines, it’s obviously going to be loud, out of control and strategic. I’ve played many spaceship battles in the past and they were mostly in the air. But this time it’s on the dry ground. However it’s not on earth but on the space station on some asteroids. So the battle is obviously out of the earth but still gets as gruesome as if you are in a tank fight on the front of your country. Let’s see how it goes this time.
Today, we have Cosmo Battles Free as the new Android app that has just been released. The app has been developed by Load.me and is compatible with all the devices running Android 2.1 or later version of the OS. But you will have to still check it out whether it’s compatible with your device or not. The app can be found under the Arcade & Action category.
This is a turn based tactical battle where you and your enemy will get an opportunity one by one to attack each other. The one who manages to do the maximum damage is declared as the winner. You are captain of all the space marines and it’s your duty to guide them towards the victory. There are 20 different missions and though the start appears to be a little bit down, the end will make you see a world of fantasy being taken down to death by some warriors.
The 3D graphics of this game can be called up as the building blocks of the entire gameplay. The game costs around 34MB of your phone memory and is really a worthy shot. It’s pretty much true that if you bring the same wine on the table in a new bottle, it certainly attracts a lot of people. And in this case, even the wine has been refined. The way the tanks attack each other are amazing. Also, there are 3 different battlefields i.e. space station, asteroid and comet. Other than that, there are many elements apart from the gameplay that keep you engaged for more. For example, there are 6 different space marines including Assault Unit, Heavy Tank, Light Tank, etc. Each tank has different characteristics and based on those, you can choose yours. Also, you’ll have to upgrade them from time to time so that they are tight belted to fight those assassin tanks.
The app is available for free in the Play Store. But there is a paid version also available there for $1.99. There are many achievements to unlock. So you should definitely go for this one.
